The Process - Implementation Support
After the initial consultation and the creation of a personalized behavioural plan, the implementation support phase begins, and is crucial for ensuring the strategies are effectively integrated into the family’s daily routine.
Here’s what the implementation support might look like:
Follow-Up Sessions:
$50 per hour
Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on the family’s needs and progress.
Duration: Typically 1 hour per session.
Activities:
Review of the behavioral plan and any adjustments needed based on initial implementation feedback.
Hands-on guidance on implementing specific strategies and tools.
Observation and assessment of the child’s response to the plan in their natural environment.
Coaching for parents and caregivers on using the strategies consistently and effectively.
Practical Demonstrations:
In-Home Visits: We can provide real-time demonstrations of techniques and strategies in the home setting.
Role-Playing: Practicing scenarios together can help build your confidence in managing challenging behaviours.
Visual Aids: We can assist in creating and using visual supports such as schedules, charts, and social stories.
The Process - Follow-up
Also Provided
Behaviour management is an ongoing process. We provide continued support and follow-up sessions to monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and celebrate successes.
